Lead, conceive, and implement a work program for the engagement with clients and manage team through the advisory processActing as the main person-in-charge and interface with various stakeholdersAdvise and assist the clients from developing turnaround advisory and capital market strategy/planAssist in resolving financial and strategic issues in order to improve businesses that are performing below optimum levelAnalyze and assess business model and financials for strategic and tactical decision making
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantageMinimum 10 years of investment banking (advisory and capital market) from advisory consulting firmExcellent financial and analytical skills to work on complex financial transactionsKnowledgeable and experienced in advisoryProven leadership and able to analyze companies from a financial, operational and industry perspectiveExcellent command in English and Bahasa, both written and verbal
